Spending some more time, re-juggling my website configuration and features, this time to move back to a hosted service. I have found that recent activity on my home server has fundamentally overwhelmed my little WordPress server, so I have had frequent registered outages. Of course, traffic is almost non-existent, so outages are not a big deal, but if I ever hope to grow an audience a reliable site is required. By the time this is posted, the WordPress site will be fully migrated and functional (it already is as I write this), and I am working on the Nextcloud portion of my site. That part will likely remain self-hosted – the terms of service for the hosting site disallows cloud storage options at my (minimal) level.
