Mentioned previously that I was looking into a dedicated space for our local gaming group, to avoid various other challenges including scheduling conflicts and location availability. This would also have the advantage of a storage location for my every changing collection. Unfortunately, I just don’t think that it is a practical solution, at least not with the options I have been considering. Office space runs about $12 per square foot, so to be able to acquire a decently sized location would run at least $200+ per month. With our current group size, even splitting the cost, it just isn’t a practical price point.
Going to continue to consider other options, there are some other leads, and it is possible I misunderstood or misinterpreted the cost (though likely it is higher), but for now we will continue to game at our current location. At least until we can finalize and act on our long term plans of a larger home with a dedicated gaming basement/space.
