Our next session of the Carrion Crown campaign is set for this weekend, to be streamed live again. Hopefully you can join us for the fun and story, and experience the challenges faced by the group.
In the last session, the group attended the funeral of Professor Petro Lorrimor, a long time acquaintance, mentor, and father figure (and a brother) to all of the group. His influence was extensive, and his recent death not only unexpected, but suspicious. While filtering thru a number of materials left behind in his will, the group decided that their best course of action was to investigate and potentially explore the old ruins of the Harrowstone Prison.
Surprisingly, the group has done very little research and story development, opting to immediately jump to the action. Although their initial interactions with the townsfolk was more than a little rough, they are eager to determine the cause of the Professor’s death, to aid his surviving daughter. Some of this rush was due to a misinterpretation of some the campaign guidelines – we are trying to move the game along much faster. The focus however was supposed to be on the combat sequences, rather than the story itself, so i do expect that there may be a bit of a slow down during this next session.
