As mentioned before, I am working to increase my live streaming presence, in many cases on Twitch. I have been streaming a number of times recently from my 3d printer, just a steady view of the printer at work with some status graphics – nothing too engaging, but simple to do.
Recently, I have been trying to do the same thing with my painting and crafting, just as a way to see what I am working on at a given point. No real particular schedule or even a set plan, but whenever I am working, I figured I might as well have the camera going.
Earlier this week, I was focused on the final assembly of the Star Wars Legion Raddaugh Gnasp Fluttercraft, and if you tuned in, you would have seen the challenge of super glue with very small pieces and large hands. The piece is all finished on the assembly though, so next step is painting.
Up until now, audio has been a generic music stream, nothing too fancy, but I do want to switch over to an actual microphone to be able to talk and engage with any would-be audience. Perhaps a way to share the painting experience, or offer pointers and what knowledge I have. If you are interested, please stop by if you can catch a stream and say hello.
