Another round of cosmetic changes to the site, I was still not satified with the prior layout. This is now using the standard “2024” template that comes with WordPress, and my ability to learn/adapt to the new Block-styling format is improving.
If you notice anything that looks strange, let me know, it might be stable now for the time being. In the meantime, I am turning my attention to our ongoing gaming activities.
Star Wars Legion continues strong, we wrapped up the Battle for the Golden Vader tournament and now we are returning to more standard battles. New format being tried out, including the ability to live stream the battles as well as record for weekly consumption.
Terrain builds for our Mordheim are moving in the background, I have been doing quite a bit of terrain painting and printing, and I am rather excited about several of the ruins. Multiple players have finished armies, so should be a lot of content to come on that level.
Warhammer is still going strong with the Roleplaying game, though we are going to undergo a bit of a game shift and rebalance with the upcoming conclusion of the current chapter. Functionally, the system works well, but our XP curve is just too fast for the length of campaign. When we first started, no one thought that it would have lasted 3+ years.
Pathfinder for the Carrion Crown is slowly reaching its climax as well, with the finale expected within the next few sessions. Scheduling conflicts have slowed those down a bit in recent weeks.
And once the calendar opens up, we of course have our upcoming Traveller storyline to kick off and start. Lots of things to do.
