Bit of Suppression

As I continue to develop game aids for Bolt Action and Star Wars Legion, I opted to create a few laser-cut acrylic Suppression and Pin markers. These share a similar design to the cardboard Star Wars Legion tokens, but the intent is to be universal. They are also part of the sizing considerations for the Bolt Action Dog Tags, fitting well into the various token locations.

I did have to wait a few days for delivery unfortunately, shipping from the source tends to take longer than desired, but the translucent red acrylic looks really nice. Small challenge with the cutting, I tried to reduce the support in order to minimize any scarring, but the number of tokens per sheet ended up being too high. As a result, the acrylic sagged near the end, resulting in uneven cuts – I lost about 10% of the overall batch. The rest however came out well, though some of the engraving is slightly soft. They are small enough to be easy to manage, but still usable on the table, and not too large as to fill available space.

I will be posting sets of these tokens on the shops, likely this weekend. They will be available as either a dedicated pack of tokens only, or as a bundled accessory to add in to other products.
