Settling down

I think my corrections and fixes are finally settling in, and I have the e-commerce site apparently functional. Only a portion of my Etsy products are listed thus, more to come with likely a bit of an update on some of the photos. Biggest challenge I am running into is just the basic layout, modifying the inventory to my theme is much more challenging than going with a new theme that has a good layout. But that would instead result in yet another re-creation of the blog side of the site.
I did add a graphic, to welcome any visitors to the shop, what I am calling my Quartermaster. It is AI generated, since my artistic skills are very limited, and I wanted something representative of a medieval general store, but with a highly stylized “me” at the desk. The beard is close, the hair a bit extra wavy, and I certainly don’t have the Hollywood build of the merchant, but it is close enough.
If you have followed my channel for some time, stop by, take a look, and let me know if you spot any issues. If you care to support my efforts, you can certainly purchase something, but I am mainly just trying to work out all the bugs.
Etsy isn’t going away any time soon – their market audience is just too big. But this new format will allow me to maintain a bit more consistency, and make it easier to distribute files for Patreon and YouTube members.
