Laser Cut Hobby Paint Storage Rack, (Lightburn and SVG) design plans

Do you have your own laser cutter and Lightburn software? If so, these plans will let you reproduce my paint rack design on your own, and modify the design for your specific needs. This is the complete technical file for use in Lightburn to cut and create a paint rack. Based on multiple requests, I have also included SVG format files.

The first option is an older design, sized for 2.5mm plywood (please validate the thickness of material, and some adjustments to the design may be needed). Plans include designs for dropper-bottle style as well as Citadel style “pots” – mix or match each shelf as desired for your needs. The basic design holds up to 63 dropper bottles, or 45 Citadel pots. Tabs and notched are designed to attach multiple racks together with minimal effort.

The second option is a newer design, sized for 5mm plywood (I use Maple with MDF core, please validate the thickness of material, and some adjustments to the design may be needed). Plans include designs for dropper-bottle style as well as Citadel style “pot” – both options are included. The dropper-bottle design holds 156 bottles, either standing or top down. The Citadel style holds 90 pots. Assembly of the rack can be done either high slope or low slope, depending on preference.

Note – some adjustments may be needed for your specific machine and material. Be sure to doublecheck the burn power and speed, and adjust slots if needed. My design is based on 2.5mm plywood and 5mm plywood – any thicker or thinner material will need adjustments.

With these plans, you are authorized to craft as many copies as you wish for personal use. This is not a merchant license, you may not reproduce for sale or distribution, and you may not sell or transfer the plans, with or without modifications.
